About me

I’m Joshua Hidber, a project manager with a real passion for the beginning of projects – the exciting stages of coming up with new ideas and figuring out how to bring them to life. My focus is on conception and innovation, and I get a lot of satisfaction from turning creative thoughts into practical plans that work.

My professional journey has given me a solid foundation in different industries. I started in the construction business at Hilti, where I learned the importance of strong execution and attention to detail in a tangible, hands-on environment. Currently, I’m applying my project management skills in the banking sector at LLB. This experience in diverse fields has broadened my perspective and allowed me to adapt my skills to new challenges.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by the desire to develop and implement innovative solutions. I believe that finding new and better ways of doing things is key to success, and I enjoy the process of generating creative ideas and seeing them through to completion.

Outside of my professional life, I have a couple of key passions that keep me inspired and offer different ways of looking at the world:

• Photography: I love capturing moments and seeing things from unique perspectives.
• Data Analysis: Exploring patterns and connections in data is another area that fascinates me.
